Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create or operate a KreativeStores creator or business management account, and have authority to act for any business you represent. Provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activities conducted through your account and should notify support promptly about unauthorized access.

KreativeStores helps creators manage stores, digital products, communities, events, bookings, customer records, and business information. The mobile app is a business management tool and does not collect payments. Some functionality depends on connected websites and external services.

The optional Google Calendar integration can schedule Google Meet meetings when a customer books a one-on-one session.

If you choose to use the Google Calendar integration feature, you must agree to Google‘s terms of service and privacy policy. KreativeStores will have access to your Google Calendar to schedule meetings on your behalf.

The integration is optional and operates using the permissions you grant. Our use of Google API information is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, as described in our Google API Services Data Disclosure. You can disconnect the integration and revoke access through your Google account.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, post, display, or otherwise make available on KreativeStores. You grant KreativeStores a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with providing the services.

You must have the rights to content you upload, provide accurate descriptions, fulfil commitments made to your customers, and handle customer information lawfully. Do not use customer information for unrelated purposes without an appropriate basis. External community and meeting services have their own rules.

• Fraud, impersonation, harassment, exploitation, unlawful content, or infringement of another person’s rights.
• Unauthorized copying or distribution of the service, automated access that overloads our servers, or interference with system security.
• Accessing another account or disclosing private customer information without authorization.
• Using products, events, communities, or booking services to facilitate illegal or abusive activity.

KreativeStores prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, and any content or conduct that endangers children. Do not create, upload, promote, or distribute such material through our services.

Report concerns to support@kreativestores.com with relevant account or listing details. Do not attach or redistribute suspected abuse material. Support contact details are also available in the mobile app’s Help Center.

We review reports, remove prohibited content, and restrict or terminate offending accounts as appropriate. Confirmed child abuse material must be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms, security risks, or legal requirements. Account suspension is separate from deletion.

You can request deletion at any time through Profile → Delete Account in the app or our account deletion page. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days after verifying ownership. Necessary tax, accounting, legal-hold, backup, and deletion audit records may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Deletion ends your access to the account and associated creator management features. Export information you need before requesting deletion. Ownership and legal obligations relating to other users’ records must be assessed separately.

We work to keep KreativeStores available, but maintenance, technical issues, and external service changes can affect access or functionality. Google, community platforms, and other connected providers operate independently under their own terms.

We may update these terms as our services change. The latest version and revision date appear on this page, and material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service channel.
